Account details (name, email, date of birth, state and postal address), membership and entry history, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored by us.

How we use it

• To register entries and verify eligibility (18+, state, age).
• To contact winners and deliver prizes.
• To meet permit, audit and legal record-keeping obligations.
• To send service emails, and marketing only where you have opted in.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate - authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend) and infrastructure (Cloudflare) - under agreements that protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can view and update your details, manage marketing preferences, self-exclude, or request deletion from your member dashboard. Some records are retained where required by our permits and the law.
